These terms govern the use of the TrackPacks service, which lets you centralise and track the status of parcels to receive or send.
2. Account
Access to the service requires creating an account with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account.
3. Use of the service
You agree to use TrackPacks fairly, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, and to forward only emails that belong to you.
4. Availability
We strive to keep the service available, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may change or be temporarily suspended for maintenance.
5. Liability
Tracking information is provided for guidance only and depends on carrier data. TrackPacks cannot be held liable for a delay, a lost parcel or incorrect tracking information coming from a third party.
6. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The applicable version is the one published on this page.
9. Governing law
