Terms of use

1. Purpose
These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the TrackPacks service (the "Service"), which lets you centralise and track the status of parcels to receive or send from the emails you forward to it. They are entered into between the publisher, identified in the legal notice, and any person using the Service (the "User").
2. Acceptance
Creating an account and using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you may not use the Service.
3. Account
Access to the Service requires creating an account with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
4. How the service works
TrackPacks never accesses your mailbox directly. From your email, you set up a filter that forwards the parcel emails of your choice to the Service; these emails are analysed to extract tracking information. You can also enter and edit parcels manually.
5. Plans and subscription
The Service is offered through a free plan ("Découverte") and paid subscription plans, the details and prices of which appear on the Pricing page. Prices are shown in euros, including any applicable taxes. The publisher may change its plans and prices; the price that applies to an ongoing subscription remains the one in force at the time of subscription until the next renewal.
6. Payment
Paid subscriptions are paid in advance, by card, through a secure payment provider ([to complete: payment provider]) that alone processes payment data; the publisher keeps no bank details. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the situation is resolved.
7. Term, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions are taken out for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renew automatically for an identical period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no refund of the remaining time, and prevents any further renewal. In accordance with Article L. 215-1 of the French Consumer Code, you are informed of the option not to renew the subscription.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw from a subscription taken out remotely. However, by requesting immediate access to the Service, you agree that its performance begins before the end of that period and expressly waive your right of withdrawal for the part already performed, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
9. Fair use
You agree to use TrackPacks fairly, to forward only emails that belong to you, and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, access it without authorisation or misuse it.
10. Availability
We strive to keep the Service available, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may change or be temporarily suspended for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
11. Liability
Tracking information is provided for guidance only and depends on carrier data and forwarded emails. TrackPacks cannot be held liable for a delay, a lost parcel or incorrect tracking information coming from a third party, nor for the consequences of an inaccurate automatic extraction. Our liability can only be engaged in the event of proven fault and within the limits permitted by law.

13. Changes
These Terms may be updated. The applicable version is the one published on this page; in the event of a substantial change affecting an ongoing subscription, you are informed and may cancel if you refuse it.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator indicated in the legal notice. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction under the conditions provided for by law.
