You copy your TrackPacks: receive, ship, control your parcels inbound address (under 'Profile') and forward your delivery emails to it: each email creates a card right away. You can also add a parcel by hand with the + button.
3 Are my emails and data safe?
TrackPacks: receive, ship, control your parcels only reads the emails you forward, never your inbox directly. Content is not kept beyond what is needed, passwords are encrypted, and no data is ever sold.
4 Can I connect several email addresses?
Yes. You can forward parcels from several inboxes — personal, work, resale — to the same TrackPacks: receive, ship, control your parcels address: everything lands in one dashboard, with no juggling between accounts.
5 Can I cancel or delete my account?
Anytime, with no commitment. You cancel from your account area and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. You can also delete your account: your parcels and data are then erased.
